What exactly does the “Director of Client Care” do? I am in charge of client management and communication, listing management and scheduling, contract to close documentation and scheduling … and mainly keeping Scott on his schedule!
How did you connect with Scott and Lisa in real estate? Well, I am also a licensed agent myself and happened to be representing a buyer for one of their listings. We all seemed to work seamlessly together, so they extended the invitation and I decided to make the move.
What things do you enjoy most about your role with the team? The constant laughter that we share throughout the day and all of the knowledge that I am gaining by working with such experienced individuals!
What do you like about working on a team vs. working as a single agent? I like the ability to bounce ideas off of each other and to learn things I never would have learned on my own. We’re now able to get things done that we couldn’t get done before … like this newsletter! We all have our strengths, and when we work as a team, we can focus on those strengths and do what we do best. Scott is also always challenging us to grow and get better at what we do.
